One of the interesting places I visited in Melaka was Mini Malaysia & ASEAN Cultural Park — a place where culture, traditional architecture and the diversity of Southeast Asia come together in one beautiful setting.

Walking around the park feels like taking a small journey across Malaysia and ASEAN without having to travel far. The traditional houses and cultural displays give visitors a glimpse into the different traditions, lifestyles and architectural styles found throughout the region.

What I enjoyed most was seeing how each traditional house has its own character. The details, structures and surrounding greenery make the experience more than just sightseeing — it is also a reminder of how diverse and beautiful our cultural heritage is.

Malaysia itself is made up of many cultures and traditions, and places like this help preserve and introduce these stories to younger generations and visitors.

For me, travelling is not always about visiting famous attractions. Sometimes, the most meaningful experiences come from places where we can learn something new, appreciate our heritage and see the beauty of different cultures living side by side.
